There is lots of hype around the upcoming release of the English Version for Nintendo DS. It is the third game in the Diamond & Pearl series. As the story unfolds, players will encounter the mysterious new Distortion World, an area unlike any seen in a Pokemon video game before. The Battle Frontier area (first introduced in Pokemon Emerald) has been added to Sinnoh, containing five new Battle Facilities for Trainers to challenge, each with its own special rules. There are lots of new pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex and the plot is similar to Diamond & Pearl. After being given pokemon by Professor Rowan, you and your best friend set out to become the world’s greatest Pokemon Trainers. You have to pass through eight Gyms and the Elite Four before you can be the master. There are new stones to affect Dioxys and a new Team Galactic plot and a new area known as the TORN WORD where you’ll find the LEGENDARY POKEMON GIRATINA. I don’t know why PlayStation dropped the ball and does NOT include component cables with the console to begin with. Xbob360 Elite offers a 2-in-1 Component / AV cable so you can go either way depending on your needs, PS3 should’ve done same thing. If you want component cables for PS3, Madcatz are good cables.

Customer Review: Old School Revamped!
I remembered the first time I played pokemon. It was Fire Red, and I loved it. I mean who wouldn’t. It was a pretty new concept, the main character goes around collecting cool monsters to train and fight in competition. I even remember crying after I had lost against the Elite Four for the first time. But that’s all in the past. The new version of Fire Red is pretty much the same as its old counter part except that it’s in color and has more added stuff to it. I also liked the way the game has a flash back diary of sorts about what you’ve done in the previous save. So if your a fan of old Pokemon, then this game is for you!
